Welcome to the HighLine Pure blog!  I'm a 36 year old woman originally from the Midwest, now living with my husband in New York.  I'm very passionate about food, fitness and living a healthy life.  I started this blog as an outlet to share my enthusiasm and a few insights on how I strive to stay healthy.  


In the past couple years I've discovered through trial and error that I have a lot of food sensitivities.  I was constantly tired and bloated and suffered through random breakouts and stomach pains. I began thinking about my diet more carefully and started incorporating healthier, more natural foods. Over time, through diet and exercise I was able to clear up my skin, decrease my bloating, and reduce my stomach pains. I now am more aware what foods trigger inflammation and I try to stick to a clean, pescatarian diet.
